By accessing b33k.io, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional activity offered by b33k, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Use of b33k is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

  • You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not as an agent, representative, or employee acting on behalf of a third party.

Age Verification: b33k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at account registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time during active play. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where a duplicate account is identified:

  • All accounts associated with the same individual will be immediately suspended.

Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. All financial transactions on b33k are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b33k supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels as first-class payment methods:

  • Minimum single deposit: ৳500
  • Minimum withdrawal request: ৳1,000

  • Daily withdrawal limit (standard accounts): ৳500,000

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit to the same account. b33k does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. b33k charges no processing fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside b33k's control.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: b33k maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the use of the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. b33k monitors all transactions for suspicious activity patterns. Large or unusual transaction volumes will be flagged for manual review, and b33k reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction pending investigation. Where required, b33k will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

All bets placed on b33k are final once the wager has been confirmed by the system. The following general rules apply across all b33k betting markets and casino products:

  • Bets are accepted only when the platform's systems have confirmed the wager and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity interruption may be voided.
  • In-play cricket bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is closed by b33k's trading team. Bets placed after market suspension will be voided and the stake returned.
  • b33k reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that resulted from a manifest error — including a typographical error, a mis-keyed odds entry, or a system fault. Affected stakes will be returned in full to the player's b33k account balance.
  • b33k reserves the right to impose individual betting limits, market-specific stake caps, or maximum payout limits on any account or market at any time without prior notice.
  • All casino game outcomes on b33k use independently certified RNG systems. Live dealer game outcomes are governed by physical game events occurring in the licensed studio environment. b33k does not manipulate, influence, or adjust game outcomes.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game round will be resolved according to the provider's own disconnection policy, which is documented in the game's individual rules available within the game client.

b33k offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general terms apply to all b33k promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
  • Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

  • Players who b33k determines are exploiting promotional terms — including through matched betting strategies, bonus arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts reviewed for permanent suspension.

b33k is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a method of generating income, clearing debts, or financing any personal obligation. b33k offers the following responsible gaming tools to every account holder, available free of charge and effective immediately upon activation:

  • Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
  • Session time limits — automatic logout after a player-defined period of continuous play.
  • Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of account access for 1 day to 6 months.
  • Permanent self-exclusion — irreversible closure of the b33k account. Requests are honoured within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Players who have self-excluded from b33k must not attempt to open a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method, and the exclusion period will be restarted from the date of the circumvention attempt.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on b33k. A breach of any of the provisions below constitutes a material violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending bonuses and promotional balances, and may result in forfeiture of the account's real-money balance following investigation:

  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
  • Opening or operating more than one b33k account, whether under the same or a different identity.
  • Using the platform for any money laundering, structuring, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
  • Sharing account credentials, allowing a third party to operate your account, or acting as an agent placing bets on behalf of another person.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to support and cease exploiting it immediately.
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to standard human users.
  • Collusion with other players, including in live casino games, poker formats, or any tournament or prize-pool event.
  • Any form of match-fixing, insider-information wagering, or betting on events whose outcomes you have any direct or indirect influence over.

All content and materials available on b33k.io — including but not limited to the b33k brand name and logo, website design, user interface layouts, text content, graphics, audio-visual elements, software code, game assets, and promotional materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of b33k or are used on the platform under valid licence agreements with their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any b33k intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any b33k content without prior written authorisation from b33k. Unauthorised use of b33k intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under applicable law.

This limitation applies irrespective of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Force Majeure: b33k shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, telecommunications network failures, government actions, or any other event beyond b33k's reasonable control.

b33k collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on b33k, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

b33k applies 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the b33k platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. b33k does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and fraud-prevention services where legally required or where b33k has a legitimate interest in doing so.

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, b33k will process any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there is no ongoing investigation into the account.

b33k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, age verification failure, or any other circumstance that b33k determines in its sole discretion warrants account closure. In cases of closure due to verified terms violations, b33k reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and resolution.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by b33k — all accumulated bonus balances, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty points are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b33k is an internationally operated online gaming platform.
